Our bright and friendly decorated rooms and apartments - in typical Austrian style all fitted with bath/ shower, toilet, hair dryer, cable-TV and mostly a balcony - are very inviting.

For skiers we offer a spacious ski storage in the basement including a heated ski and ski-boot drying room, ski retal and ski ticket sales.

Just as easy reachable are the cable cars that'll bring you all the way up to the
'Schmittenhöhe'. You'll be guided though beautiful mountain sceneries with overwhelming panoramic views. The 'City-Express'-cable car is to be found at an arm's length from the guest house.

The health and sports resort is in direct vicinity. Wellness to be enjoyed in a recently renovated indoor pool with Sauna / Solarium. The inner connected ice stadium provides for ice action.

Zell am See and its surroundings offer countless possibilities for both summer and winter enjoyment.
